Rab Baseline Jacket review

This is a lovely women’s top from Rab – light, comfy, quick-drying and practical. The Baseline Jacket is designed for active use in cold conditions. It’s made from Polartec’s Power Dry fabric which is high wicking. There’s a helmet-friendly hood and small thumb-loops – a feature that I always love.

It’s an athletic fit without being too tight, and it offers great range of movement – the rest of the top doesn’t move when you raise the arms. It’s treated with Polygiene, which will help it stay smelling fresh even after lots of wear.

Rab Baseline Jacket review

There’s a zip-up chest pocket which is a good size, but no other pockets which is a shame – the chances are I’d end up wearing the jacket as an outer layer in warmer conditions too, when I’d really miss pockets. But other than that it’s a lovely, light, technical top. It looks good too, coming in a choice of three colours: black, purple and light blue.

Rab Baseline Jacket Verdict

The Rab Baseline Jacket is light, warm and offers a great range of movement.
