Sprayway Carina Hoody review

The Sprayway Carina Hoody is a nice women’s fleece, though it is perhaps a bit more technical than others you’ll find on shelves, though it’s still available at a good price. I tested it on a wet and windy weekend of walking in the Peak District and it performed really well.

The jacket is made from Sprayway’s Exo/Therm100 micro-fleece, which is light, quick drying and offers good warmth for its weight. There are two large zip-up handwarmer pockets and a fitted hood that will easily fit under another hood, hat or helmet.

The hem is elasticated to keep the top in place, and the sleeves have inner stretch cuffs with thumbloops – this additional stretchy material helps keep the sleeves in place, although I’d prefer the thumbloops to be in the actual fleece material for maximum comfort.

It comes in four nice colours and is a simple but very practical top at a good price. No wonder it’s a classic in Sprayway’s range.

Sprayway Carina Hoody Verdict

The Sprayway Carina Hoody does the job for a good price.
