Climbing Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon in 24 hours is a challenging task. To help you out with your quest to complete the UK Three Peaks Challenge we’ve created a 12 week training plan.
The plan has been put together by students from the BSc Personal Training course at the University of Wales Trinity Saint David and has been developed so that all you need to follow it is your own bodyweight and things you can find around the house.
You can find more a more detailed explanation about the theory behind the plan in week one.
It’s also worth remembering that the below is just a guide, if you need to alter it to fit around your own personal lifestyle requirements then that’s perfectly acceptable. Below you will find all you need to complete week seven.

Tips for success: Sleep!
During the whole challenge there is approximately 10 hours of travel so make sure you try and and sleep as much as possible when on the road between mountains.
