5.       International transfers of your personal data

5.2    We do not have other group companies or offices in other countries. However if we do open overseas companies The European Commission has made an “adequacy decision” with respect to the data protection laws of each of these countries. 5.3    The hosting facilities for our website are currently situated in Germany and the UK though we could move to other locations in the future.
