In the latest video of the week, Norwegian filmmaker Morten Rustad manages to capture Norway’s most remarkable landscapes in five beautiful minutes of time-lapse photography.
To attain the footage, Rustad travelled roughly 10,000 miles and visited every single one of Norway’s 19 counties over five months. He went from the southernmost part of Norway to the Russian border in the far north east and everywhere in between to give us an insight into the country’s hidden treasures.
Rustad’s aim for the video was to show the great variety of Norway in both summer and winter including some of the most scenic places in the country. From sensational fjords to the unforgettable phenomenon of the Northern Lights and the picture-perfect Lofoten Islands, this video is sure to leave you in a state of extreme wanderlust.
