Ready to feel inspired? Despite being born with cerebral palsy, Canadian athlete Woody Belfort has adapted his workouts to incorporate his wheelchair, as the stunning video below shows.

Hauling himself up the wall using just his arms, it’s the kind of inspiration I think we could all do with right now. Those excuses I make for myself don’t seem so valid… Now, hand me the chalk.
