Climbing’s in the Olympics (and here’s how it’ll work)

Indoor rock climbing is making its first ever appearance at an Olympic Games this year, an exciting moment for us outdoor enthusiasts who love the sport and want to see the best compete for glory in front of the world.

But, with just one set of medals up for grabs, the competition format may be a little unfamiliar to most. That’s why we’ve found this cracking video from Adam Ondra, a top Czech climber and favourite to take home a medal this year, that explains everything you need to know.
