WHAT INSPIRES…

KILIAN JORNET

“In the mountains, what drives me is the aim to discover new summits, new paths, new ways to move my body and keep learning and pushing myself into the unknown.”

Kilian is widely considered the greatest trail- and ultra-runner in history with wins and course records all over Europe and the US. In 2017, he summited Mt Everest twice in five days without the use of supplemental oxygen or support. His first attempt set the speed climbing record of 26 hours from below base camp. He works closely with the Salomon NPD team, giving input and testing out products for all aspects of mountain adventures.
